COW - CHEESE - KILOWATT
image author: city-map Bautzen
Krabat learned in Schwarzkollm not only the miller's craft but also ... performing magic. At the cattle market of Kulow he played practical jokes on rich merchants from Kamenz and helped the poor people on the street. He gave bread and work to the people and with his magic he won most people's hearts. And he is still today on everybody's lips; yes even a movie was made about him after the well-known novel by Preußler.
We let Krabat's ghost reappear in our Krabat Milk World.
What does COW - CHEESE - KILOWATT?

Visitors learn a lot about agriculture - alternative energies and natural cycles at the KRABAT-Milk World.
The cow produces the milk. The here produced milk is our basis for our cheese.
And now why are we so special:

Cheese
But how is cheese actually made? To explain this the cheese master himself will conduct the tour. In a very entertaining lecture the visitor will learn everything that is important for the production of natural cheese. (After this lecture some people have lost the interest to buy cheese at a supermarket!)
The visitors are of course able to try tasty delicacies. This tasting starts with freshly milked milk, goes to fresh healthy whey and then to different cheese varieties.
