The city museum, situated at the main road in front of the park, houses show workshops of old local trades like weaving mill and forgery as well as archaeological finds and document s about the town's history. A registration with the vicar will enable you to visit the ' wallpaper rooms' at the former manor, which belongs to the cathedral chapter Bautzen.

Mariä Himmelfahrt Church

At the baroque church "Mariä Himmelfahrt" the old statues and the Eule-organ are especially well worth a visit.

Typical local are the pergolas at the market and several lovingly preserved Umgebinde houses (special building form).
