I even built up personnel at headquarters to offer better support to our franchisees. And we have our business structure, the franchisees, professionally trained in seminars. That pays off. Right now e have more orders and enquiries than we can handle. We work at the limit.
Our customers are small and medium-sized businesses. Take the small firms, many of them are represented in the Internet but not optimal. They have an old Homepage. This means for us a market without end. I see not problems in keeping our economical growth rate also in the future.
The Internet becomes more and more important - city-map sees in this a life insurance
Businesses recognise the Internet increasingly as an relatively low-priced medium to generate interested parties and orders as advertising and marketing platform. And this becomes even more important in the fight about market shares.
We have no cancellations from customers. Once the Internet presence for a business has been compiled there is no great cost factor to consider: between 20 and 100 Euro per month for the care.
Franchise-System: A franchisor makes the (regional) usage of a business concept available to a franchisee against payment. The franchisor is responsible for planning and implementation, he constructs an entrepreneurial overall concept. The franchisee is an independent entrepreneur. He can use brand names and receives support from the franchisor for the set-up and managing of the enterprise.
Right now we only act in Germany. In the second half of the year we want to become active in Austria. Europe is planned for the coming years: Little by little we want to export our business concept to the neighbouring countries."
